Designing the logic flow for a technical business feature in an IT infrastructure management platform for technical architects.

I led the design of a technical UI flow within an IT Infrastructure Management platform for one of the largest transportation companies in the U.S. The platform's primary goal is to monitor data, manage incidents, and ensure the right teams are alerted to resolve issues efficiently.

The project focused on empowering technical architects to define complex business features—such as coordinating systems for train movements—by introducing advanced status logic, addressing a critical gap identified by users. I collaborated closely with technical architects to deeply understand the technical domains and worked with engineers to ensure the feasibility of implementing this sophisticated system.

The enhanced flow significantly improved operational efficiency, enabling architects to define business features with greater precision and visualize complex workflows more effectively.
