I lead design for complex, high-stakes platforms, the kind where the users are experts, the stakes are regulatory, and "simple" means something different than it does for a consumer app. My work sits at the intersection of design, product strategy, and cross-functional alignment: I lead discovery, shape requirements alongside Product, coordinate with Engineering, and guide teams through the ambiguity of transforming systems that have evolved, messily - over years or decades.

I currently lead design for a multi-year debt issuance platform transformation in financial services, managing a team of designers and driving design vision across finance, security, and operations stakeholders. Before that, I've led design for developer platforms, enterprise SaaS, and service design initiatives across e-commerce and gig economy contexts.
